Day 01 :

Arrival & Journey to Sigiriya

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) and be greeted by your guide. Enjoy a scenic drive to the heart of the Cultural Triangle. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring stunning cave paintings and statues. Check into your hotel in Sigiriya for the evening.

Day 02 :

Sigiriya Rock & Minneriya Safari

Start your day with an early morning climb up the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, often called the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Explore the ancient ruins and admire the breathtaking panoramic views. In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling 4x4 jeep safari in Minneriya/Kaudaulla National Park to witness the famous elephant herds.

Day 03 :

Ancient Polonnaruwa & Village Experience

Travel to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa and explore its well-preserved ruins, perhaps by bicycle. In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful, authentic village experience, including a catamaran ride on a reservoir and a traditional Sri Lankan lunch prepared in a rustic setting.

Day 04 :

Spice Gardens & Kandy Transition

Drive towards Kandy. Stop en route at a spice garden in Matale to learn about Sri Lankan spices and their uses. Upon arrival in Kandy, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. In the evening, attend a traditional Kandy Cultural Dance Performance.

Day 05-Day 07 :

Northern Heritage – Jaffna Peninsula

Travel North to Jaffna. Explore the Jaffna Fort, Nallur Kandaswamy Kovil (Hindu Temple), and visit the remote islands (e.g., Delft) to witness a different culture, history, and beautiful coastal scenery.

Day 08-Day 09 :

Kandy & The Sacred Tooth

Travel south back to Kandy. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Gardens, and enjoy a traditional cultural performance.

Day 10-Day 12 :

Hill Country & Tea Experience

Take the scenic train to Nuwara Eliya. Explore a tea factory, spend a day relaxing by a misty lake, and travel to Ella for a hike to Little Adam's Peak and the Nine Arch Bridge.

Day 13 :

Wildlife Safari

Travel to Udawalawe or Yala National Park for an afternoon 4x4 safari.

Day 14 :

Coastal Culture – Galle

Drive to Galle. Check into a hotel near the Fort. Spend the afternoon walking the ramparts and exploring the boutique shops and museums within the UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 15 :

Colombo City Exploration

Transfer to Colombo. Enjoy a guided city tour covering the historical architecture, the National Museum, and Gangaramaya Temple. Enjoy a final elegant dinner in the capital.

Day 16 :

Departure

Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) for your departure.
